Business Development Manager
Duties & Responsibilities:
Our Business Development Manager will be primarily responsible for building bridges between our services and clients by :
Identifying decision-makers within and company and developing new business relationships.
Set up meetings between Stringcan and decision makers within company.
Creating a systematic, process-driven approach to outreach, follow-up, and relationship management.
Creating key messaging to drive new business development.
Establishing, shaping, and delivering on a strategy that will build mindshare with our current and future clients.
Managing contract creation and budget pricing.
Forecasting, measuring, and reporting the results of various client proposals.
Establishing the right processes for engaging and vetting new clients while maintaining and deepening relationships with existing clients.
Lead workshops, training and presentations related to company’s service offerings.
Understand the company’s goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company’s performance.
We are looking for an open-minded, dynamic and fun candidate who is/has:
Fluent in English (Fluent), French (Advanced).
Strong abilities in developing and managing relationships for the purpose of lead or revenue generation, and other strategic initiatives.
Flexible, adaptable to evolving situations and ability to build rapport.
Amazing communicator, both written and verbal, with high attention to detail and organization skills.
Creative talents and ability to solve problems with creative solutions.
In-depth knowledge of the tech, innovation and startups industries.
Willingness to take initiatives and to continuously learn.
Experience working with startups and corporations.
Team player who, while being autonomous, enjoys working alongside team members.
Positive, Fun, Entrepreneur personality, Driven, Success focused.
Ability to prioritize and excellent time management.
Proven sales track record.

BA/BS or 4+ years working experience.
Language: English (Fluent), French (Advanced)
Past experience in sales, marketing, and/or account management preferred.
